We’re thrilled to announce that Our Crafty Place CIC has been chosen as one of this year’s Co-op Local Community Fund causes!
This exciting opportunity means that Co-op Members can help support our community craft projects simply by voting for us through the Co-op app or website. The more votes we receive, the larger the share of funding we’ll receive at the end of the campaign — so every single vote really does make a difference!
The funding we receive will go directly towards craft materials for our “Crafting Wellbeing and Connections” sessions, which will run on Thursday mornings in 2026. These friendly, creative sessions are designed to bring people together, boost wellbeing, and help build confidence through hands-on making.
The Co-op Local Community Fund campaign runs for a whole year, and both existing and new Co-op Members can take part. If you’re not already a member, you can sign up online or on the app — and you’ll automatically be entered into a draw to win a prize for yourself, while helping Our Crafty Place receive even more funding!
