Hi, my name is Kim and I am from Long Eaton. I am a wife, a mother of 2 (1 girl, 1 boy 🙂) and I work fulltime at Boots Head Office.

But I love love love to Crochet!!. I have been crocheting for just over 4 years and like a lot of people I first started this hobby during the summer of 2020 (COVID Summer). My little boy was only a few months old, I was a fulltime mum during the day and homeschooling my then 6-year-old little girl, but in the evenings, I just endlessly scrolling through all of the sadness online on my phone and could feel myself potentially heading towards post-natal depression.
SO to stop that from happening I found myself a little hobby and self-taught myself to crochet by watching tutorials on You Tube (Thank you Bella Coco Crochet)
Fast forward 4 years and my house has been taken over by yarn and I crochet at every spare second I get. Every evening, long journeys in the car (as a passenger), during my lunch at work with fellow crafters and even at my children’s football training sessions. I have also started a little sideline business Pixie Pops Crochet and sell items to order via my pages on Instagram and Facebook.
