A gentle mid‑week pause, created just for you.

Step out of the rush and into a peaceful, nurturing space designed to help you breathe, unwind and reconnect with yourself.

Wellness Wednesday brings you a beautiful line‑up of calming, restorative sessions … all completely free … led by three wonderful practitioners who specialise in supporting all abilities.

Across the morning and afternoon, each tutor will offer a 45‑minute taster session, giving you the chance to explore what feels good for your body, your mind and your wellbeing.

Your Wellness Guides

  • Julie Soloman — holistic therapist and Dru Yoga instructor offering gentle flow, restorative movement and accessible yoga for everyone, including chair‑based options.
    • Times: 11.30am to 12.15pm – Chair Based Exercise   2pm to 2.45pm – Beginners Yoga
  • Angela Phillips — qualified Health Qigong® and Tai Chi instructor, guiding you through slow, mindful movement that supports balance, calm and inner focus. Chair‑based tuition also available.
    • Times: 9:30am to 10.15am and 1pm to 1.45pm
  • Alex — providing Sound Healing Therapy. Sound baths use rhythm and vibration to help the nervous system slow down, supporting relaxation and recovery. Alex will be using yoga mats on the floor.
    • Times: 10.30am to 11.15am and 3pm to 3.45pm

 

Whether you’re curious about trying something new, looking for a moment of peace, or wanting to explore ways to build more “you‑time” into your life, this is the perfect place to begin.

Spaces are free but limited, so please book your session to secure your spot.

Refreshments available to buy throughout the day.
