Making Fabric SpiralClose up of fabric spiraCoaster and Mug

Crafty Wellbeing and Connections is a gentle, creative Thursday morning session designed to help you unwind, meet others and enjoy the simple joy of making. Each week you’ll explore accessible craft activities in a relaxed, friendly space where you can slow down, switch off and reconnect with yourself and the people around you.

These gentle, no‑pressure sessions are perfect whether you’re completely new to crafting or simply looking for a mindful pause in your week. They offer space to learn, experiment and enjoy being part of a caring, creative community.

By the end of the morning, you’ll leave with your fabric spiral coaster / plant pot mat, a sense of achievement and the warm feeling that comes from spending time with others in a positive, creative environment. Everyone is welcome, just bring yourself and an openness to explore.

Thank you to Foundation Derbyshire, Erewash Small Grants by Erewash Voluntary Action and our wonderful volunteers for helping make these sessions possible. Their support allows us to create a safe, nurturing and creative space for all.
