The Workshop
At the start of the summer holidays why not come and spend a fun, intriguing day learning how to carve lino and print your own unique design to hang on your wall and / or give as gifts! Great for beginners and those who have given it a go before.
Your tutor, Marcus, is looking forward to meeting you and says: “ Here are some benefits to attending and having a go with lino printing & attending a class like this:
• Problem solving using a hands-on creative medium
• Helps lower stress + learning a new craft
• It’s quite meditative! Especially with carving
• You can show off your unique hand-printed art works!
• Improves concentration, eye co-ordination and hand dexterity
• Also fun to do!
• Crafting with others is a great way to meet new people with similar interests
At the end of the class, you’ll leave with an array of hand-printed designs made by you! And perhaps discover a love for printmaking.”
